ABOUT
Artist & Costume Designer
Lisa is an artist and costume designer based between Dublin and the West of Ireland. She holds a BFA with Honours in Textile Fine Art from NCAD and has recently completed an MFA in Stage Design from The Lir Academy.
Her practice explores storytelling through textiles, utilising the body as a canvas for wearable sculptures that investigate themes of body dysmorphia, consumption, and climate change. With particular expertise in costume design, breakdown, and textile painting/dyeing, Lisa brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work across stage and screen.
Recent credits include working with designer Lucinda Graham on ‘Nothing Compares’, and serving as Costume Designer on the Screen Ireland-funded short films ‘Over The Moon’ and ‘Bump’. Her work is informed by a deep engagement with electronic music, dance, and performance art, which shapes her distinctive visual language.
Lisa also works as a sculptural and performance artist, and actively welcomes collaborative opportunities.
